A 50-hour course on traditional basic breathing and meditation techniques to obtain a certificate as a trainer specializing in breathing and meditation. For those who do not have a certificate, 200 hours and for those who have a 200-hour certificate that qualifies them to become internationally registered instructors and instructors. This course includes the basic traditional Hatta Yoga postures and the philosophy of Hatta Yoga and its anatomy is added. It has several classes designed and ready for training, and can be studied in person or remotely, online via Zoom, or remotely, a recorded course or Zoom.
Types of breathing:
Active yogic breathing
Chandra Bhadana or lunar breath
Surya Bhadana or solar breath
Bhastrika or bellows breathing
Brahmari or humming breath
Or hissing breathing
Chitali Kumbhaka or cold breath
Or the same ocean
Nadi Shodhana or alternate nose breathing
Types of meditation:
Mindfulness Meditation – Presence Mindfulness Meditation – Sound Focus Meditation.
