Laila Tuqoz

Laila Tuqoz bith Aughst 7th 1968 started my yoga journey in age 37.Laila Taqez was born in Kuwait on August 7, 1968. She began her journey in the world of yoga at the age of 37. She decided to travel to India to study yoga. She joined several yoga schools and studied 200 hours in India, the city of Goa. She studied Ashtanga at the Ashtanga Institute in Mysore for several years. She traveled to several cities in India to delve deeper into the science of yoga. She holds several certificates. She worked as an assistant yoga teacher in India for several years and then Bali, Indonesia. Bali, Indonesia, and then to the Arab world. In 2019, she opened her internationally licensed and accredited school from the International Yoga Alliance. She taught and certified many Arab women in offline and online such as 200 hours Ashtanga yoga,200 hours hatha yoga yin yoga – prenatal , yoga kids yoga – hanging yoga, Flyhigh yoga her love and passion. To teach yoga to the Arab world and to Arab women, distinguished her as a teacher and a specialist in her field as a teacher and school owner.
